• Direct Sun & High Heat: Applying sealer under hot sunlight causes the surface layer to flash-cure rapidly, locking in solvent vapor before it dissipates.

How to Fix Bubbled Concrete Sealer

• Solvent Re-emulsification (Xylene Mist): For solvent-based acrylics, lightly misting Xylene (xylol) over the bubbled area liquefies the dried sealer layer. The trapped air escapes, and the finish levels out seamlessly as it dries.

• Complete Stripping: If bubbles cover the entire slab or moisture blush turns the finish white, stripping the sealer may be the only alternative
